Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is required before delivery. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque. If payment is made by cheque, please allow extra time for delivery of your order, as we do not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared through our bank.

2. Subject to goods being in stock, orders will usually be despatched within 48 hours of receipt on a 1 day courier service or first class post. .

3. Postage and Packaging is free on orders of £30 or more. Smaller value orders are usually subject to a £1.99 postage and packaging charge (dependent upon size and weight of package).

4. It is the responsibility of the customer to physically check the contents of their order before signing for it. Once the goods are signed for or marked “unchecked”, we cannot claim for breakages and/or shortages and therefore cannot replace or credit anything for you.

5. All prices are correct at time of publishing this web site but are subject to change and availability.

6. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification.

7. Title of goods supplied does not pass until the goods have been paid for in full


Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
